Exchanges and Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with newshoesfc. If an item does not meet your expectations, exchanges and returns are available under the following conditions:

• Requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Original packaging and proof of purchase are required

To begin an exchange or return, please contact [email protected]. Once your request is approved, return instructions will be provided.

After we receive and inspect the item(s), approved exchanges will be processed and replacement items will be shipped accordingly. Refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original payment method.
